In the Semantics section, the most frequent topics addressed by your customers are  displayed and divided into positive and negative mentions. At the moment, semantic analysis is available in the following languages: English, German, French, Italian and Polish. The following languages will be supported in the future: Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Portuguese, Turkish and Romanian.

The topics are not only related to your own survey results, but also to reviews submitted on external portals, such as Google and Facebook.

They provide valuable information which enables you to gain a better understanding of your customers’ expectations and needs, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of your business.

The topics are displayed in a spreadsheet format by default, but you can switch to a so called “word cloud” to see all topics at a glance.

When clicking on one of the key words, the reviews which contain these  will appear in the right column. You can filter these reviews by positive or negative mentions.

Moreover, you have the opportunity to compare your strengths and weaknesses with your competitors and helps you to identify your USP (unique selling proposition).
